Shape Shifters and Space Shamans are close cousins. When story reset comes in for Integration, Shape Shifters organize the Muscle Organization Stations, and Space Shamans focus on clearing energetic and emotional clutter. Together they bring about a sustainable shift.
My Shape Shifter training started in the gym. When I pumped weights, I focused on lengthening and strengthening instead of bunching and strengthening. This practice gave me an understanding of body mechanics seen as part of endless movement ranges. When applied to boxing, the boxers gained a mix of boxing power and tai chi flow.
Space Shamans are less known or…

I’m a writer. My job is to consistently clear personal attachments so the content can flow through me. It is also my job to exercise my Max Perkins’ skill for shaping the content into a crafted piece. In the movie, Genius, a depiction of the working relationship between Thomas Wolfe and Max Perkins, the infamous Scribner editor, there was debate about who, really, wrote Wolfe’s books. Yes, Thomas was a pouring portal of rich, personally elicited content. On the other hand, Max had to consistently clear personal attachment, so he was able to actively listen to Wolfe and give the…

Cling as you will to the surface path, but if you are to die unto the spiritual core, at some point, the inner catacombs will call to you. Anonymous
I was introduced to the dark side of humanity and personal suffering through the work of Shakespeare, Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Van Gogh, Hammett, folk music, R & B, and classic movies that dared to bare the soul. I protested, marched, chanted, and sang in the streets. I wanted to help bring about a better world, and the theatre was the way to go. …

Imagine you are at war with yourself. You were told to take responsibility for what you are feeling instead of pushing it off on something outside you. “If only so and so was gone from your life, or the bus would be on time, or the sun came out, then…” then things would be good. Resist the idea that what you are feeling is, actually, yours. Resist harder, don’t allow the idea to take hold. “I only feel or acted like that because of…” Brace, push on the wall threatening to crush you.
Push the wall, spread out your feet…

Whether hyphenated or not, the word, re-entry, evokes images of the first rockets re-entering the earth’s atmosphere, observed as a young child on the family, square brown TV. All of my years mining the self-awareness fields, I experienced re-entry time and again. But, unfortunately, as the hours and years piled on, the re-entry became less and less easy, mostly due to changing regulations on re-entry value.
Three years ago, I came to the rapid conclusion it had come time to end my 35-year residency in a big city, including my 20-year business, and retire to a small nearby seaport. The…

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy presents a solid platform for establishing the two sides of Because. For example, “I’m late because my bus didn’t come on time,” or ”I’m late.” The first scenario blames others or a situation, and the second one acknowledges personal experience.
There is a gap between seeing others as responsible for what I feel, and allowing I’m having a feeling experience. The gap is referred to as a Because Moment. I’m angry, sad, or anxious, not because of someone or something,. This is what I’m feeling.
First step is to collect Because Moments. You will know them when…

What are the obstacles in your path? Anxiety, procrastination, self-doubt? Are people holding you back? Is your path restricted by social restraints? Here are some tips from the manual, Clearing Obstacles From the Path.
Get to know the obstacles in your path better:
Vibrational levels can categorize anxiety. For example, does the anxiety you encounter vibrate closer to the heart (calm) or closer to a swarm of bees (threatening)? …

Visualization is the use of mental focus to form images or pictures you want to convey to your body and/or other people. For example, every thought is an image signal sent to the body for muscle organizational purposes. When signal patterns go uninterrupted, it is easy to get caught up in thinking versus feeling.
Visualization is not new—yoga, meditation, sports, chanting, and drumming all use some form of visualization. But, of course, the most prevalent use of visualization is the unconscious thought streams dominating our minds whether we realize it or not. …

What is a readout? Following the history path, we can dock at an established information platform named Electromyogram. This platform informs us muscles are stimulated by signals from nerve cells called motor neurons. This stimulation causes electrical activity in the muscle, which in turn causes the muscle to contract or tighten. The muscle contraction itself produces electrical signals. In other words, a muscle organization readout is the compilation of your mental signals telling your body how to respond under various circumstances.
Let’s say you are dedicated to following the Self-Awareness Path but don’t know how to meet the Muscle Organization…

If you don’t have a visual of the Magnus, dial one up on a device. The Magnus wants to lengthen and stretch to its fullest extent, attaching the inner knee to the sit bone on the underside of the pelvic bowl. Next, dial-up an image of a skateboarder demonstrating the action of lengthening and stretching the Magnus. Observe these two images side by side or alternately — the Magnus muscle and the Magnus in action.
Visualize signals crossing the gap between your inner knee and your sit bone, the same side of the body. Observe the muscle image for clarification…
