Bad Son and Feel Bad Are Cousins

Recently, a Challenge Partner shared a story about experiencing a severe episode of Bad Son Guilt. I resonated with the details, recognizing many similarities to Inner Persona, Feel Bad.

I referenced my Feel Bad Files, looking for a story that could use Rewilding. I found one where Feel Bad stepped through the DarkDoorway where BlackOut begins and trekked into the Interior to access Trauma Territory for Attachment Release. In his words:

“I never know when I will be called on to take the blame for SurfaceWorld MeltDown resulting in BlackOut. DisAssociate handles the Code Words that signal an imminent situational CheckOut, then splits, leaving me to shoulder unbearable emotion of the worst kind.
