Carl Ramirez works at Target as a Stock Boy. While loading their respective carts every shift, the workers use verbal quips to outdo each other, looking for vulnerability, reactive aggression, or other signs of weakness, a game Carl didn’t excel at. Google Search offered him three options for holding his own in Co-Worker situations. Intrigued by the FLASH Theme Park website, he took a twenty-minute bus ride from Seattle to the outskirts of Issaquah, nestled at the base of the Cascade Mountain Range. He exited the Park Tram at the Big Loop Arcade, a renovated church with a cafeteria and individual games in the basement, group interactive games on the main floor, and VR Booths on the top floor. A Site Tech set him up in a booth, selected Communication Tactic Game and left.

The lightweight goggles blended with his head, and he walked through a room with increasing numbers of people. As the Trekker, he was informed to sit as still as possible while the Feedback Tools read his muscle organization and energetic vibrational readouts when he greeted each person.

When the people became a small interactive group, his Readout Loop started over. On the bottom left screen were his MO and EV Readouts and a Prototype demonstrating readout adjustments at the bottom right. He took an intimate tour of his Basic Reactive Range, figuring out how to make friends with many Reactive Personas…
