Compassionate Friendship With Myself
I’ve become more interested in exploring compassion in the past several years, especially for myself. I had previously logged in many hours inner trekking to clear and release deep levels of self-loathing, hacking into regret to establish some serious story reset, and had even dabbled in forgiveness.
