Meltdown, a common phrase thanks to the Autus Uprising, is when emotional flooding is uncontrollable. Typically, a person goes from zero to sixty, from a bottled-up core through rage, anger, frustration, and hopelessness in a nanosecond, bursting to the surface world with an eruption of energy and behavior, much like a volcano. The key to containing the Tiger Within begins by hanging out at Flashpoint Border for as long as I can, slowing the Meltdown Entry so I can place markers along the Approach Path before I am sucked into the uncontrollable and burst into Meltdown Behavior at the surface.
Unexpressed core spirit either dulls and dies or foments and explodes. Everyone is somewhere on the spectrum. Death requires resuscitation, and explosions require harnessing. Thus, containing the tiger refers to anchoring in the tsunami meltdown path.
The call came through the Scrambler at 2:05 PM the last week of October: CODE TW, which means Tiger Within Releasee Trek. Me and my pal, Jake, are super into TW Treks.
