Dreams As The SurfaceWorld

As I increasingly gain access to the layered Inner Treks for Narrative Rewilding, I strengthen my Old Habit Anchor & Release techniques. One Side Effect has been increased lucid dreaming, which is two-sided. On the one side, I am frightened about how to discern between SurfaceWorld and DreamWold, and on the other hand, DreamWorld is my “new” SurfaceWorld. I struggled to understand the former “SurfaceWorld” identity, and now I see it as the hinterland, a masked version of myself.

In my dreams, I cultivate interesting conversations, navigate intimate relationships, and engage in collaborative teams, the other end of the SurfaceWorld Trapped Spirit and Xtreme MO Pain range. (Formerly Chronic Pain, now Rewilded to MO — Muscle Organization). As I adjusted, I strengthened my Border Containment Patrol, significantly converting Give Myself Away (Self Abandonment) to Self Safe Containment.

Last night, I dreamt of three fur-shaggy visitors at my front door screen, who greeted me in a non-word language. I answered fluidly, though I had no idea what I said.

When I returned to the SurfaceWorld, I reviewed my Notes, then DialedUp the conversation with what I identyifed as “aliens”. There were no vowels or consonants but a complex language of sounds — clicks, growling, smacking — but not “musical” in my understanding of that word.
