Emotions are stimulated by thought identification, past triggers, instinct, or action motivation.

Thought identification is a steady wind that might change from barely noticeable to gale force, sometimes in an instant. This form of emotional weather is a constant source of information that tells a story of tension, conflict, hope, and destruction, a tale of daily life.

Past triggers range from lightning strikes to an avalanche or flooding. This emotional weather front is often raw and challenging to contain, and it’s a good idea to listen to imminent warning signs.
