Filling In The Map

The Map is different every day. I sit down with a cup of coffee at my desk and type the day and date in BOLD 24 before I sign in to an InnerRealm Game Trek. I receive a crude Map and select Pattern Matching Entry, a game I play on my computer during SitStill.

SitStill is an Attachment Disconnect Practice. I follow the Prototype Prompts on my Mental Screen to Blend Toward the Core, pairing muscle organization and energetic vibration while I play the game. The more I anchor toward the core, the greater awareness I have of Narrative Attachments rippling through me. My body twitches to grab onto the familiar Old Habit shapes, but instead, I visualize lifting heavy iron hooks and Disconnecting Attachments.

Most Hooks are weighted barbs of dismissal and abandonment painted in Criticism and Judgment. They leave a Toxic Mist behind, and every ten minutes, I have to scrub down the Attachment Field. In the process, I frequently uncover Buried Hooks. The point of an InnerRealm Game Trek is to mine new DDs, and I switch to Writer Mode to record the Trek.

I scrawl my name on the big wooden sign at the beginning of the Path. I SitStill, palms sliding the tops of my thighs when not typing, focusing on accessing my Core Cord with a shimmerous muscle organization vibration. Dyslexia pounds me from all sides, each hit unleashing disdain at epic proportions, and I freeze…
