My early Prototype resembled a body outline demonstrating muscle performance through colored signals. I identified the body outline as twelve muscle organization stations, beginning with the Soles. The Sole Station consists of four quadrants that light up according to weight shift and muscle tone. The sole signals travel up the back of the legs through the calf hamstring handclaps to the sit bones. The outside of the sole connects directly with the leg sockets, and the inside of the soles connects with the sit bones.

I designed my inner prototype readouts first, investing thousands of hours in visualizing muscle organization signals. I experimented with using bows and arrows, guns, stick shifts, heart missiles, fountains, resistance bands, and many other visuals for engaging muscle performance. Once my inner readout reached a semi-sustainable status, I placed the prototype in a trilogy about FLASH, America’s First Self-Awareness Theme Park in Issaquah, WA, USA.

In the novel, the Prototype is adapted to demonstrate muscle organization for various activities like canoeing, skateboarding, ziplining, and…
