Lifting With Pelvic Bowl Awareness

I recently signed up for an Xtreme Trek: Holiday Cellular And DNA Holding Pattern Interruption. I know I'm a good candidate for the project, having identified huge energetic bank accounts — yes, I'm a millionaire! — of suppressed creative expression. When approached to report on my pelvic bowl action as I proceeded along my USA holiday season path, I agreed.

The first signs of agitation show up a week before Tday. First, I noticed an increased reactive pelvic bowl tilt when my sit bones veered sharply to the rear, collapsing and tightening my lower back muscles and spilling my AB Wall forward. Michael Buble's, Please Come Home, sums it up. How am I supposed to come home when so many spectral characters are leaping from the shadows?

I know I am asked to focus on pelvic bowl positioning without attaching stories. Easier said than done. In other words, when I feel my pelvic bowl tilting, and I frantically try to understand why I am directed off the Why Path and asked to pursue the Follow Faith Path. That would be the "follow thyself no matter what" path. Uggh.

Fortunately, Carol of The Bells queues as soft gray clouds sinks to the horizon outside my writer's window, opening light grey sky patches.

I commit. Every time I reach for a mug of coffee, water, or beer bottle, reach for what I want, I pay attention to underlying stories, and I pause to align my pelvic bowl neutral.
