Your spiritual footprint marks your authentic self. Everyday life has been well mapped. So when you hop on the Self-Awareness Path, look for signs of spiritual footprints and fill in a new map.

Draw your path. A simple line will do, or draw two lines to give the path width. If you are inspired, add details. If you are not inspired, pause for a few moments to listen for possible judgment. If you discern self-judgment, visualize and/or physicalize your Dump Judgment Movement Range.

Don’t have one? Cool. Visualize holding a bucket. When judgment is perceived, squat down, scoop up a bunch, stand and dump it over your shoulder. Xs 10.

Draw a horizon. Draw a sign. If drawing brings up anxiety, visualize a horizon and on the horizon a sign declaring something you want. What do you want? A more fulfilling job? Emotional stability? Love? Write something down.

Visualize and/or draw your soles. Your soles symbolize you. Draw a curved arrow to symbolize hopping on the Self-Awareness Path. How do you know you are on the self-awareness path VS the familiar everyday path? Uncomfortable is a good marker to start with. If you experience uncomfortableness, place a marker.

What is a marker? A solid question. Visualize some small flags for markers. Then, visualize placing them everywhere you feel the smallest moment of uncomfortable. These markers will help illuminate patterns you are stuck in.

Take a few moments to identify something you carry with you that weighs you down. Note details as they come in; continue to place reactive markers.

All paths lead you through terrain and weather. The self-awareness path seeks story reset as an outcome. As you get more proficient at story reset, you hear your spiritual footprints more clearly. Each step takes you further into the act of detachment.
