Petroglyphs represent a symbolic, ritualistic language or communication style. The prompt for this one is: Indigenous petroglyph dealing with Fear Spikes. Each brave figure faces a maelstrom of personal Incoming Triggers within a Community Bond. Their bodies ride Somatic Ripples and Waves, dodge spears thrusting upward or downward, and dash in between.
StoryMapping adds words, visuals, music, and dance to the Narrative Blend. When preparing for an Xtreme Trek, I typically do a Fear Spike Tour.
Round #1: I sit and select music that builds, blasts, and gets sneaky before explosion. I review my Loaded Arch Triangle. On the sole, a line connects the big toe joint base and heel border and, when elevated, forms a triangle apex into the ankle, creating high arches. A mirror triangle is loaded with weight, slowly reversing the triangle, flattening a softer arch that leaves an imprint in the sand. The Challenge comes with Sitting Still with Visualization. Sitting and visualizing without movement removes Will and Control, two of my favorite Personas, from the picture.
Round #2: DialUp a Situation that evokes Fear Spikes, Waves, and/or Storms. Select Lisa Gerrard Sacrifice.
