Carl Ramirez went numb when his Father died in December 2015. He didn’t recognize things, and felt off balence. Grateful for his FLASH training, he focused on strengthening PortalHold Anchor. When Numb approached, he visualized plunging his Silver LightPole into the Earth’s Mycelium Network, completing the EnergeticCircuit and VibeBlasting Numb into action.
But it was exhausting. Numb had endless resources for shutting down Feeling, and Carl’s VibeBlasts increasingly weakened. When Numb dominated, Carl turned up the ChantSinger volume and selected a Playlist designed to GoTowardTheCore, a SloMo journey of Dissolve & Return. Determined to get his PortalHold Certification, Carl visualized his AnchorPole, even when the fog came in hard and he couldn’t see.
The repercussions of shifting from numb to action are the foundation of PortalHold. It felt like holding open a door for a rush of ghostly shapes that weren’t him but attached in some way. His Father believed in Santa Muerte. A personification of death, she is associated wth healing, protection, and safe delivery to the afterlife. Christine, upgrading to Dissolve & Return, relayed stories of fragmented shapes, a kind of TrappedSpirit purgatory. Carl imagined Santa Muerte clearing the way for his Father’s release, recognizing that the vibrational shapes were not his to take on.
