There is a need in our society for Judgment Clearing, beginning with oneself. On one end of the range, judgment is the ability to make considered decisions, and, on the other end, it is a method of spreading toxic vibrations. So when you decide to embark on a Judgment Release Trek, it’s a good idea to get a Tool & Tactics tune-up first.
It is a common belief that critical judgment is “bad,” and good people learn not to think or project negative thoughts. Practice a moment of Awkward Honesty and declare how much you cover up negative thoughts and deny critical judgment habits. Judgment can’t be released if it can’t be identified, named, and felt in the body. The higher your percentage of toxic judgment awareness, the greater release you can hope for.
You might be ready for a few upgrades. Take the time to fill in the details of your Cover-up Technique. Everyone has a unique method of handling Cover-up. What are yours? Get more familiar with the signs telling you a Cover-up path is approaching. Releasing judgment begins with the ability to discern between a seductive Cover-up Path and the Self-Awareness Path. Remember, if you don’t judge your efforts, you can calm down and practice getting to know yourself beter.
Judgment starts as thoughts that get thicker and more toxic over time, eventually spilling out and pooling around your feet. This is when you unhook your handy container and start scooping and dumping the gooey mess over your shoulder. If you have a physical open mouth container, practice the movements of squatting down, stooping, standing, and dumping over a shoulder. You don’t need physical props to visualize the sequence, though; visualization is one of the most powerful tools in your possession.
Visualize a large container with a handle. A bucket, a coal-scuttle, a large, wooden ladle. Visualize holding it and seeing a rising goo of toxic judgment pooling at your feet. Squat down, scoop up the mess, stand and dump it over your shoulder where a fresh stream neutralizes and carries it away.
The negative thoughts rain down harder, and the toxic judgment builds up faster. So scoop & Dump faster until the physical activity overrides thinking and you can take a break.
Finally, note your release achievements. You can’t practice noting achievements enough. Sneaky Achievement Thieves are everywhere, and it’s easy to slide into their force field without knowing it. That’s when you start all over seeking to release judgment when it might just be time for a story reset.
