Releasing Regret

If you are one of those people who have the ability to make it down to the bottom of the ocean, the ability to swim the dark waters without fear, the astonishing ability to move through life’s worst crucibles and not die, then you also have the ability to bring something back to the surface that helps others in a way that they cannot achieve themselves.

~ Lidia Yuknavitch

I’m one of those people, an Xtreme Inner Trekker. This past week, a boxer I work with said he has a lot of regrets, and I took the opportunity to reflect on my regret status. Regret has long weighed heavy on me, and finally, it came time to do some serious clearing about a year ago. So I gathered my tools and stepped on the self-awareness path.

I inner trekked to my primary regret centers, took time at each to clear & release old holding patterns. I adjusted the story reset vibration, coded cellular release on a drip-by-drip schedule, and upgraded the prototype muscle organization readouts. It was a super arduous trek. Clearing core level regret is mucky work. I encountered relentless visceral nausea storms and severe disassociative episodes as I anchored against the pull of old regrets moving through me and dissipating. ShakeOut is a beast.

I’m pleased with my returns. I tested my cellular release strength end of 2021 and found out I achieved 1 1/2 upgrades! And, I’m getting deeper into the green core cord. So, I sat down and wrote a song in honor of this incredible work.
