The Writer is not WHO I am but a persona, and he can only do his job if I clear my stuff first. Sometimes, the Yoshida Brothers set the beat I follow, an infusion of Japanese ritual rhythm that helps me ShakeOut Western Beliefs and Values. Other times, Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake unwinds habitual cords into the death and birth of wonderment.

The Writer has the pleasure of his chosen realm, but I see Danger in allowing access to IAI (Inner Accessible Intelligence, aka Instinct). I crowd Creative Flow and establish an Injunction, and when Protesters shake their plaques, I come down harder.

I learned to silence experience, a typical American value, and I follow different artists who counter this habitual attachment. Rewild the working hard to get ahead narrative to a release problematic and accept pleasurable narrative. The Writer wants the freedom to explore different Narrative Blends, and he gets frustrated when he comes up against Old Stuff I have yet to release. When the Frustration Reports pile up, I turn them around and design a strategy for ShakeOut Integration, in which I make subtle adjustments from problematic to pleasurable embodiment.
