During my infant and young child years, I learned the ins and outs of dissociation, becoming a devout member of the Dissociative Order. When I joined the Public School System, Soldier assumed the SurfaceWalker Role. He was perfect for the job, trained to suppress emotion and remain loyal to his regiment, no matter what.

The Teenage Years brought about some changes. Rebel Boy took over as SurfaceWalker. He believed in peace, not war, verbal protest, and stirring feelings with pot, writing, and music. Soldier was banished, and everything he was privy to went underground.

In my Young Adult Years, Fun & Creative took over as SurfaceWalker, combining lust and life into a sustainable blend, balancing money-making with artistic projects to fulfill the Surface Walker requirements: For every two months, filling the Role, complete two Inner Trek Reports. However, his tenure lasted twelve years, and the requirements upgraded to maintaining an active Muscle Organization (MO) Readout as part of each Trek Report. Fun & Creative didn’t want to do that much work.

I fled to MarriageLand, thinking Husband would be a good fit for SurfaceWalker, but I had no idea what I was getting into. First, I needed to know more about the system and the language.
