The USA Holiday Season begins for me on November 1st, the TDay Approach. The day of the 25th illuminates peaking grief, and I do what I can to use the preceding days effectively. Thankfully, every year has a theme, which provides my ADHD Twitcher some containment relief.
The 2021 USA Holiday Season theme, Unmasking, is timely. With nearly two years of intentional masking, it makes sense I honor a much-needed inner unmasking for balance. The first item on my unmasking agenda, Feeling Unheard, stepped boldly into the ring. I called on my Boundary Cloak and gallantly engaged in exchange!
Jane Campion’s recent film, The Power Of Dog, helped me get through one veil between attachment and release. The toxic triangle between the Bully, Bullied and Bystander is ready for release. I do what I can to lighten the load!
And, now, I prepare for XMas Approach. A month from today, the grief of a lifetime will enter True Release! OMG, yes, I have been told many tales about this phenomenon, but I persist in believing the Santa Fantasy! Everyday Superheros Unite.
