Unheard Release

When I used a Point & Blame communication tactic with my brother, I recognized signs of an Inner Catacomb Access Portal. When I took a closer look at my anger, I found hidden, Unheard vibration. So, I check my tools and hop onto the Inner Metaverse Game path, calling on the Chant Singers to open the portal. They gather around, manifesting my Style Selection, Native/Rap style, voicing my text prompts:

I can no longer go unheard
And, since I’m not practiced in making sure
I am heard
I forgive myself
When I’m clumsy.

Then, I pair with Richard Smallwood’s Thank You, directing the opening lyrics, “For the many times I’ve fallen, yet you forgave me,” to my rigorously unheard younger self, abandoned in a tomb of punishing and demoralizing silence. Then, as the choir builds an ecstasy of gratitude and thankfulness, the Chant Singers weave in, “I can no longer (Thank you!) go unheard (Thank you) anymore (Thank you). And, since I’m not practiced in making sure I am heard (Thank you for lifting me), I forgive myself when I’m clumsy.”

This sequence repeats several times, and as a female voice rises above the choir in a full-blown crescendo at minute 3:00, I raise my younger self, lift him out of his Unheard Lockdown, thereby accessing deep release, an experience I can only describe as mystical.

The first line, “I can’t go unheard anymore,” went under a severe attack from the Depressive Army, determined to shut down…
