Xtreme Trek: Act III

Releasing cellular and DNA holding patterns is deep work, even for an Xtreme Trekker like myself. Xtreme Trekking is ultimate inner work and resembles ultimate sports in which participants engage in extreme physical challenges. Inner work is more of a physical experience than many people realize. Cellular and DNA holding pattern interruption and release requires skill at shaking out to the core. That's what animals do after trauma, a trait humans did not retain.

As I moved up through the Xtreme Trekker ranks, I trained a strong, flexible physical body, then used that shape as an anchor when I got sucked into dynamic patterns with others. As the treks intensified, I upgraded my core work like crazy. But, Cellular and DNA clearing is the stuff of champions. The release is a form of death when one momentarily passes to the other side. Finally, I felt prepared to sign up for Xtreme Trek: Holiday Season Cellular and DNA Holding Pattern Release.

In Act I, I check my tools, and hop on the self-awareness path. Finally, I access a new-to-me portal to the inner world. When I enter the Inner Child Death Field, I receive a list of twelve deaths to identify and clear, at which point I bolt and find a Way Station where I can regroup. In Act II, I revise my strategy and re-enter the Death Field. I sweat through the identification, clearing, and release for four deaths: Can't Breathe, Unheard, Unseen, and Loneliness. Then I collapse, barely making it back to the Way Station for severe energetic cleansing.
